Here at the Amar Hall, East Hill, Dartford Zumba is a fantastic fun fitness class using hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a feel-good workout.

You will burn lots of calories while working your entire body. Zumba is adaptable and appropriate for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
